Refunds and Returns

Perishable Items (Chicken, Pizza, Burgers, Beer, Wine, etc.)

Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Non-Perishable Items

If you have purchased a non-perishable item and are unsatisfied, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original packaging.
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing neerfoodmart@gmail.com or calling +1 540 450 8107. We may ask for photographic proof of the issue before processing a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you paid with cash, store credit may be issued instead.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders for perishable items cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery.
For non-perishable items, you may cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund.

Third-Party Delivery Services

Neer Stores partners with DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats for delivery services. If you experience an issue with your order through these platforms, please contact their customer support directly for assistance.
